2. What kind of products are included in the boxes?

Our boxes feature a mix of soothing and practical items such as candles, mugs, wellness rituals, and cozy treats. Every item is carefully selected to enhance relaxation and help you create moments of intentional comfort.

3. Are your products organic and vegan-friendly?

Yes! All of our products are organic and vegan-friendly, because we believe self-care should be kind to both you and the planet.

4. How often are new boxes released?

We are currently launching our debut collection of three curated boxes. New boxes and seasonal collections will be released periodically. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know!

5. Can I purchase a box as a gift?

Absolutely! Our boxes make thoughtful gifts for friends, family, or anyone in need of a little calm and comfort. You can add gift notes at checkout to personalize your order.

6. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery times ranging from 3–7 business days within Canada. International shipping may take longer.

7. Can I return or exchange a box?

Due to the curated nature of our boxes, returns or exchanges are limited. Please contact us if your box arrives damaged or if there is a problem with your order — we’re happy to make it right.

9. Do you offer subscriptions?

We are exploring subscription options for the future. For now, you can purchase boxes individually. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on upcoming subscription plans.

10: Is this a true limited edition?

For launch, we’ve reserved 150 preorders per box as our First Edition. We’ll monitor demand and may produce additional editions later — but names and formulations may remain unique to each drop. Preorders ship early December.

11: Are the photos on your site real?

Please note that all product images are digital mockups. Final items may vary slightly in appearance, including colors, packaging, and small details, based on seasonal stock. Every box will always match the theme, itemlist, quality, and overall value shown.
